UniSil develops platinum cured silicone with 1:1 mixing ratio specially for artificial stone molding. This type of silicone is with light viscosity, self bubble release. It is excellent molding materials for concrete, cement, artificial stone molding.

Special Feature: Anti-inhibition from artificial stone, cement and concrete.

This silicone used for artificial stone or cement will not get inhibited by some elements/ingredients in artifcial stone and cememt. So, there will be non-sticky on the both side of surface which in touch with artificial stone and surface exposed in the air after cure.

Inhibition of Cure

All Addition-cure silicone rubber may be inhibited by certain contaminants in or on the pattern to be molded resulting in tackiness at the pattern interface or a total lack of cure throughout the mold. *Amines,tin cured silicone and sulphur containing materials (sulfur clays) are strong inhibitors. * some other materials like Latex, certain wood surfaces, newly cast polyester, epoxy, or urethane rubber also may cause inhibition.
